He oído, que es más difícil mover los dientes de los bruxómanos, porque su ligamento periodontal es más fuerte, pero yo tengo entendido que como la ortodoncia es por creación-destrucción de hueso no tiene mucha importancia, así que si alguien ha tenido algún problema con un paciente bruxómano, espero que me cuente su experiencia.

The problems encountered in the orthodontic managment of bruxists are not relatively to the difficult of tooth movement.
You have only to pay attention to move posterior teeth less as possible and mostly you have to not extrude them if you don't want to see it dance in the bone.
Another problem,less important, is the systematic breaking of the orthodontic appliance.
